CHEM-X-INFINITY PRESENTS A NEW DIVERSE LIBRARY – EXPLORA 3
The exploration of the chemical universe is just beginning. Many original structures have not yet been evaluated for their biological properties. We present in this library five original scaffolds poorly described in the literature.
Spirothiazolidines are constrainted spiro compounds that allow original orientation of the diversity elements. Applications could be found in peptidomimetics and GPCRs. Aminopyridazines are original analogs of the over represented pyrimidines and could be of interest in the kinase area. Alkylonitrile pyrimidines are a surprising association of promiscuous substructures of both kinase and protease inhibitors. Fused piperidino-triazolopyrimidines are rigid heterocycles suitable for kinase inhibition. Finally, 4-phenyl-4-methylamido-tetrahydropyranes are constrainted analogs of phenethylamides with applications in GPCRs and CNS targets.
