 We have developed a robotic procedure enabling the parallel synthesis of libraries of dihydroquinazolinones. This heterocycle is known to have several activities for diuretics and anti-inflammatory compounds. Applications may also be found in CNS drugs, GPCRs and anticancer compounds. All the compounds were purified by preparative LC/MS.
