The spirobenzopyranepiperidine is an original and conformationally constrained phenoxypropylamino structure. This motif has been shown to be biologically interesting. Moreover, by introduction of conformational constraints, it is likely that permeability (fewer rotatable bounds) and specificity will be improved. Original spirochromanones are proposed in this library. |
