Examples of hypoglycemic agents, herbicides, phosphodiesterase inhibitors, H1 antagonists and HIV-1 reverse transcriptase inhibitors can be found in the literature. 6-oxo and 6-thio nicotinic amide are less common but could have applications in GPCR inhibition. |
