 We have developed a robotic procedure enabling the parallel synthesis of libraries of condensed imidazole derivatives. The aryl, diaryl or triaryl imidazole pattern is present in whole series of developed drugs such GABA ligands, NSAIDs, COX2, p38 Map kinase or phosphatase-1B inhibitors. Chem-X-Infinity’s library also includes scaffolds related to more classical GPCR ligands such as NK antagonists and ORL1 ligands. |
